Our Support Team succeeds in generating pull-through demand for our partners by supporting MagnaFlow’s mission to provide the highest quality exhaust experience from start to finish and focusing on building relationships nationwide.

• Build awareness of MagnaFlow Group products
• Focus on creating manufacturing demand that our valued stocking partners can benefit from, knowing our products will move off their shelves
• Our valued partners can count on our team of exhaust experts to visit any of their warehouse & store locations, offer product training, and to support shops at local events
• Educate shops on how MagnaFlow compares to dealer parts in regard to the quality and benefits of our converters and replacement exhaust
• Document and assist with any fitment or other warranty issues
• Learn from feedback regarding any potential competitive advantages we could address
• Educate shops on market regulations, selecting the right exhaust parts, and problem solving
