Here's the MagnaFlow after-cat system which comes complete with aluminized, 2 1/2-inch mandrel-bent pipes, full-aluminum mufflers, and 3-inch tips. The exhaust system also comes with all necessary clamps to make it a true bolt-on-and-go installation.

We set up the stock exhaust next to the new MagnaFlow system so you can see the difference for yourself. It's no wonder that the stock Cobras are lacking in power. According to Brian Geraci of Car Sound Exhaust Systems, the MagnaFlow exhaust is worth about 13 rear wheel horsepower on '99 Cobras, which is probably a conservative figure given what we've heard about the stock, pre-recall system's restriction.
