Pulling in huge crowds were our celebrity spokespeople. Attendees waited in lines that wrapped around the enormous MagnaFlow booth two times over to get their autographs and pictures taken with them. The surprise announcement of Robby Gordon joining Team MagnaFlow created an amazing buzz and several media crews were there to film this exciting event.

Their booth featured a 2010 Camaro, a 2009 Ford F-150 and a 2009 Audi TT tilted on their sides to show attendees exactly how these vehicles look fully equipped with MagnaFlow direct-fit catalytic converters and performance exhaust systems. And everybody came by to gawk.

Rockstar Energy Drink racer and 2007/8 Formula Drift Champion, Tanner Foust won third place and a podium spot at the 2009 Formula Drift Championship season finale at the “House of Drift”—Irwindale Raceway. Foust, the 2007 and 2008 Formula Drift champion closed an uncharacteristically mixed season debuting his all new Rockstar Energy Drink Scion TC on a high note.

The event featured hundreds of vehicles and accessories, show specials only found at the show, giveaways and entertainment. Local and national off-road manufacturers, distributors, retailers and services were all represented.

MagnaFlow attended the 10th annual Cruisin' for a Cure charity event at the OC Fair Event Center in Costa Mesa, CA last weekend. The show is the World's largest one day charity car show Supporting CITY of HOPE's Prostate Cancer Program to raise awareness and to support research. The 2010 MagnaFlow/Foose Mustang made it's final appearance before the sweepstakes end on October 12th, 2009.

A warm but clear day in Long Beach at the Queen Mary hosted 300+ Mustangs this Sunday September 20, 2009.We were given good placement to the side of the main stage with ample space to display the MagnaFlow 2010 Mustang. Our continued participation was shown by both event coordinators and event attendees with many “thanks yous” for the continued support of the Mustang community.

The 2008 SEMA Show has come and gone and while many thought the show wouldn’t be as successful as past years, they couldn’t have been more wrong.  Although several of the industry’s largest names skipped out on this years festivities, MagnaFlow Performance Exhaust was out in full force with it’s 20 x 70’ booth in the Central Hall and 2009 Kenworth T660 Truck and 53’ Featherlite Trailer.  Click HERE to view images & read more about the event.

On September 27th, 2008, the ninth annual Cruisin’ For A Cure event took place at the OC Fair and Events Center in Orange County, CA. The event, known as the world’s largest, one-day charity car show, is put together to raise money for the UCLA Jonsson Cancer Center for Prostate Cancer Research with all proceeds going to the cause.

40th Annual Tecate SCORE Baja 1000
The crew at MagnaFlow trekked down to Ensenada this past week to see off the competitors in Ivan Stewart’s Pro-Truck class and to get a taste of the legendary Baja 1000 from Ivan himself.  A quick stop at Wide Open Baja’s Horsepower Ranch for pre-race festivities provided everyone with a bit of a surprise, as Ivan was presented with an award for his past contributions to the Baja race.

“Burt Builds a Bandit” debuting October 19 on DIY network. This series features a historic car build that reunites Hollywood superstar Burt Reynolds and the black 1977 Pontiac Trans Am that became a star in the hit film Smokey and the Bandit. In the show, Burt works with America’s premier ‘muscle car’ parts (including a MagnaFlow Performance Exhaust) and restoration company YearOne to redesign and restore the famous ride into a limited edition line of “Burt Reynolds Signature” cars for sale to the public in 2008.
